2. Q: How can I place an order on your website?

A: To place an order, simply browse our product categories, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to the checkout, where you can provide your shipping information and payment details.

3. Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure online payment methods. You can choose the payment option that suits you best during the checkout process.

4. Q: What is your standard warranty?

A: After the date of original purchase, 6 months warranty is applied to each repairable INGCO Tool. Should any problem develop during this warranty period, you may return the complete tool to INGCO authorized service centers for repair. If inspections show the trouble is caused by material or production defects, INGCO Will repair it free of charge.

5. Q: Do you offer shipping? 

A: Yes, we offer shipping with in house delivery and same day delivery to deliver the products you bought on our website. Expect our fast couriers to deliver your products drastically.

6. Q: What is your Return Policy? 

A: 1. To be eligible for a return, the item has had hidden defects and proven factory defects.
          (1.a) Ingco Service Center will diagnose difficult to assess units for  verification.
          (1.b) Standard process of assessment 3 to 5 days upon receipt of the unit.
          (1.c) If not, it will fall under service warranty of 6 months with INGCO Service Center.

    2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
       ( 2.a) All parts are intact with accessories, if there is any.   

    3. You must have the original sales invoice/receipt of the item purchased.

    4. Reasons to return/exchange fall on the acceptable reasons given by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). As stated in R.A. 7394.

    5.  Your request for return/exchange is still within the 7-day duration subject for validation.Where goods have been paid, a sales credit will be issued to the customer for the returned item(s).

    6. Cash will not be refunded to the customer, however, the total value based on the original invoice price of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the customer’s next purchases.

    7. The value of exchange should be equal to the value of the returned item. If the value of change is higher than the original purchase, the buyer will pay the price difference.  (optional)

    8.  Ingco Online Store reserves the right to decline a claim for return/exchange pursuant to R.A.7394 ( Consumer Act of the Philippines).
