1. To be eligible for a return, the item has had hidden defects and proven factory defects.
          (1.a) Assessment of easily identifiable defects takes 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of unit.
          (1.b) Standard process of assessment 3 to 5 days upon receipt of the unit.
          (1.c) If not, it will fall under service warranty of 6 months with INGCO Service Center.

    2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
       ( 2.a) All parts are intact with accessories, if there is any.   

    3. You must have the original sales invoice/receipt of the item purchased.

    4. Reasons to return/exchange fall on the acceptable reasons given by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). As stated in R.A. 7394.

    5.  Your request for return/exchange is still within the 7-day duration subject for validation. Where goods have been paid, a sales credit will be issued to the customer for the returned item(s).

    6. Cash will not be refunded to the customer, however, the total value based on the original invoice price of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the customer’s next purchases.

    7. The value of exchange should be equal to the value of the returned item. If the value of change is higher than the original purchase, the buyer will pay the price difference.  (optional)

    8.  Ingco reserves the right to decline a claim for return/exchange pursuant to R.A.7394 ( Consumer Act of the Philippines).

    9.  Replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.
