Return & Refund Policy

 

Kindly take note that only items purchased from Ingcostores.ph website are eligible for the policy stipulated below. For items purchased outside this website, please coordinate with your corresponding seller.  

1. Customers who purchased goods from Ingcostores.ph are eligible for returns and exchanges for a maximum of fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt. The exact date when the item was delivered is considered as day one.

Valid reasons for return & refund or return & exchange include the following: 

1. The actual product received is different from the product posted and/or advertised in the website;
2. Faulty, defective or damaged item;
3. Incorrect item delivered
4. Item has missing parts or accessories
5. Exchange item to higher specification
6. Exchange item with same or higher amount as the original item being returned

Invalid reasons for return and exchange (under the Consumer Act of the Philippines RA 7394):

1. The item has been misused, abused or mishandled by the customer.
2. Alterations have been made to the item.
3. Repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorized person.
4. The customer has discovered lower price than another store
5. Change of Mind Return; Customer does not need the item anymore.

 

• To request for returns and exchanges, you may directly contact us via our official Facebook page, official Viber account or e-mail at (insert email).
• If valid for return, a customer credit voucher shall be issued to the customer which you can use to purchase from Ingcostores.ph website.
• All items to be returned must be in its original packaging with complete accessories.
• You must have the original sales invoice/receipt of the item purchased.
• Ingco reserves the right to decline a claim for return/exchange pursuant to R.A.7394 ( Consumer Act of the Philippines). For your buyer’s reference, please see the attached photo of warranty guide for list of items covered with warranty and scope.
• The value of exchange should be equal to the value of the returned item. If the value of change is higher than the original purchase, the buyer will pay the price difference. If the exchange item is worth less than the original item, the customer waives to receive the excess amount.
• Return Shipping Fees for orders due to negligence of the seller will be shouldered by seller; Otherwise, the buyer will shoulder the shipping fee.
