2. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details for future purchases, and receive exclusive updates.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Paymaya, GCash, QRPh, and Cash On Delivery.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after successful checkout.

6. Can I save items in my cart for later?

Yes, but please note that items are not reserved and may go out of stock.

7. Do you accept Ingcoins?

Yes, we ship orders across the Philippines. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.

10. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of the item(s), and shipping method.

11. Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

12. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.

13. Do you offer cash-on-delivery (COD)?

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD). For high-value items, we may require a partial upfront payment to confirm the order.

Same-Day Delivery Policy
Ingcostores.com is committed to delivering fast and efficient service through our Same-Day Delivery option. Please review the terms below:

1. Cut-Off Time
• Orders placed on or before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

2. Delivery Schedule
• Same-day delivery orders will be served up until 11:59 PM of the same day.
• Dispatch schedules are arranged based on delivery location to ensure efficiency and proper route management.

3. Dispatch Times
• Deliveries within Metro Manila are dispatched at the following intervals:
8:00 AM | 12:00 PM | 5:00 PM
• Orders will be dispatched at the nearest available schedule after confirmation.

4. Service Coverage
• Same-day delivery is available exclusively within Metro Manila.
• Deliveries are fulfilled by the Ingcostores.com in-house courier team.
• Areas outside Metro Manila are not included in the same-day delivery service.

5. Conditions and Limitations
• Service is subject to availability within Metro Manila.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
– Weather disturbances
– Road and traffic conditions
– Accessibility of delivery location
– Manpower availability
– Courier or third-party constraints

6. Important Reminders
• Ingcostores.com will exert best efforts to complete all same-day deliveries; however, delivery times are not guaranteed during unforeseen events.
• Customers will be notified of unavoidable delays.
• If no authorized recipient is available before or beyond standard office hours, customers must inform Ingcostores.com immediately to reschedule for the first dispatch the following day.
• Deliveries attempted beyond business hours will still be made. If unsuccessful due to unavailability of the customer or their representative:
– The order will be rescheduled to the next available dispatch.
– An additional handling fee may apply.
– Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the account being tagged as high risk, potentially limiting future service eligibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

15. How do I return a product?
  • Item must have factory defect (assessed by us)
  • Unused, with tags, in original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 15 days
  • Original sales invoice required
16. Who pays for return shipping?
  • Within 15 days: Ingcostores.com covers return shipping
  • After 15 days: Buyer covers return shipping
17. What if the item is defective?

If the defect is confirmed after assessment, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

18. Can I return an item due to a change of mind?

Yes, but it must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

19. Are there fees for Change of Mind returns?

Yes. For credit card payments, a 3% processing fee applies.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

20. How long will it take to receive my refund/store credit?

Store credit is issued within 7 business days upon validation of your return.

21. Can I exchange my item for something else?

Yes, within 15 days. If the replacement is higher in value, you’ll pay the difference.

22. What happens if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?

You may wait for restocking or choose another item of equal value.

23. What if I lost my sales invoice?

We cannot process returns or exchanges without the original receipt.

24. How are cancellations handled?

Cancellations are processed through our authorized provider. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Some financial institutions may charge processing fees.
