3. Redemption of Points

• Points apply exclusively to ingcostores.com transactions and are not valid in physical stores or other platforms.
• Points are non-convertible to cash, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for store credits, refunds, or benefits outside of the Program.
ingcostores.com may impose minimum redemption requirements, limits, or other restrictions at its sole discretion.

4. Modification, Suspension, and Termination
ingcostores.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, including its structure, benefits, or terms.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

13. PAYMENT DISCLAIMER

We take no responsibility for loss, damages, or theft related to your chosen payment method during shipping, due to incorrect shipping information you provided, or any erroneous remittance in connection with payment.


14. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

14.1. Cancellation window

Customers have a 2 working‑day allowance from the order date to request a cancellation, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. If a request is made earlier but the package has shipped, the customer shall shoulder the shipping costs of the canceled item.

14.2. Reasons your order may get canceled

Product Availability (out of stock) — If an item is out of stock during processing, it may be canceled. We will notify you and issue a full refund within the timeframe allowed by the Refund and Return policy.

Suspected Fraud Orders — Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping or suspicious payment) will be canceled to protect customers and Ingcostore.com.

Payment and Order Details Issues — Orders may be canceled due to payment processing issues (insufficient funds, declined transactions) or inaccurate/incomplete order information (e.g., incorrect shipping address).

General Rules

  1. Refund Initiation — All refunds for ingcostores orders must be initiated through the ingcostores Admin. Refunds cannot be started directly from the PayMongo dashboard.
  2. Real-Time Sync — Once processed in ingcostores, the refund will reflect in PayMongo in real time.
  3. Transaction Fees — PayMongo transaction fees are non-refundable. If the original transaction has already been paid out, the refund amount will be deducted from your next payout balance.
  4. Non-Refundable Methods — QR Ph and UBP (including via Maya) are not refundable via PayMongo; merchants must arrange refunds directly with the customer.
  5. Processing Times — Actual time for the customer to receive the refund depends on the payment method and banking/payment partner policies.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

15.1. Events beyond control

Ingcostore.com is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, strikes, technical failures). We may cancel orders, limit access, or delay services without notice. In compliance with Article 1174 of the Philippine Civil Code.

Orders may also be canceled if items are out of stock, system errors, or discrepancies in item details, images, or promotions occur. In these cases, we will automatically cancel and issue a full refund up to 15 working days.


16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship within the Philippines, including Metro Manila and provincial regions.

3. Dispatch Times
• Deliveries within Metro Manila are dispatched at the following intervals:
8:00 AM | 12:00 PM | 5:00 PM
• Orders will be dispatched at the nearest available schedule after confirmation.

4. Service Coverage
• Same-day delivery is available exclusively within Metro Manila.
• Deliveries are fulfilled by the Ingcostores.com in-house courier team.
• Areas outside Metro Manila are not included in the same-day delivery service.

5. Conditions and Limitations
• Service is subject to availability within Metro Manila.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
– Weather disturbances
– Road and traffic conditions
– Accessibility of delivery location
– Manpower availability
– Courier or third-party constraints

6. Important Reminders
• Ingcostores.com will exert best efforts to complete all same-day deliveries; however, delivery times are not guaranteed during unforeseen events.

• If no authorized recipient is available before or beyond standard office hours, customers must inform Ingcostores.com immediately to reschedule for the first dispatch the following day.
• Deliveries attempted beyond business hours will still be made. If unsuccessful due to unavailability of the customer or their representative:
– The order will be rescheduled to the next available dispatch.
– An additional handling fee may apply.
– Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the account being tagged as high risk, potentially limiting future service eligibility.

Notices are effective only when acknowledged in writing by an authorized representative of Parsell Company. We aim to respond to valid notices within 14 working days but cannot guarantee immediate responses. We may update this policy at any time. By submitting an official notice, you agree communications are legally binding through the specified channels.


31. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

31.1. General policy

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or activities deemed unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful to the company, operations, or customers.

31.2. Proper investigation

We will conduct a proper investigation before imposing suspension/termination and may request supporting information. You may submit supporting documents or appeal via:

31.3. Grounds for suspension or termination

  • 31.3.2. Engaging in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or repeated payment disputes.
  • 31.3.3. Unauthorized or unlawful use of the website, including promoting/facilitating illegal activities.
  • 31.3.4. Attempting to hack, manipulate, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality/systems/data security.
  • 31.3.5. Misrepresenting identity, impersonating others, or misusing another user’s credentials.
  • 31.3.6. Repeatedly refusing confirmed orders without valid justification.
  • 31.3.7. Abusing promotions, referrals, discounts, or other benefits.
  • 31.3.8. Any conduct that may harm the reputation, integrity, or lawful operations of Ingcostore.com.
31.4. Effects of termination

32. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement is the complete understanding between the parties, superseding prior agreements. Headings are for reference only. If any part is unenforceable, it will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary without affecting remaining terms. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive rights to act later. Governed by Philippine law; disputes must be resolved in Philippine courts.


33. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

“We/Us/Our/The Company” — Ingcostore.com (including affiliates, officers, employees, authorized agents). “You/Your” — any individual/entity accessing or using our website/products. “Website” — Ingcostore.com and subdomains. “Products” — goods offered for sale on our website. “Third‑Party Services” — content/services from entities not owned/operated by us but accessible through our website.

All materials on Ingcostore.com (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, software — collectively “Content”) are the exclusive property of Ingcostore.com or its licensors, protected under RA 8293 and international treaties.
